The PPMT Portable Room Pressure Monitor from Abatement Technologies® is an essential tool for measuring the real-time pressure differential between two adjacent areas within a facility. Its primary health care uses are indoor construction and renovation projects and surge capacity infectious patient isolation.
Easy-to-Use Advanced Technology
The advanced technology of the PPMT Portable Differential Pressure Monitor makes it effective, accurate and easy to use. The key feature of the PPMT Portable Pressure Monitor feature is its capacity to record and store a large number of interval pressure checks, alarm history and setting changes in a history log that can be viewed on the screen or easily downloaded in CSV format to an external USB flash drive. The optional Auto Dialer feature enables the device to promptly alert the proper individuals if corrective action may be required.
Other advanced features of the PPMT Portable Differential Pressure Monitor include:
- Ultra-tough Pelican® case with clear polycarbonate view window in the cover enables user monitoring with the case closed to protect components and keep them free from contamination
- Color touch screen display
- USB port for archive history downloading to an external flash drive and on-site firmware upgrading
- Built-in visual and audible alarm system with audio alarm override
- Up to 16 days of operation under battery power
- Differential pressure measurement in the ranges of -25Pa (-0.1”) to +25Pa (+0.1”)
- Reading accuracy of ± 3%
- Operating temperature range of 41 °F (5 °C) to 131 °F (55 °C)
- Optional Auto Dialer
Everything you need to take accurate differential pressure readings are included and packaged neatly in a rugged Pelican case:
- 6V DC @ 750mA output battery charger with 10’ cable
- 2 ea. Quick-connect adapters for 1/8” ID tubing
- 2 ea. 1/8” barb elbow connector attachments for closed box operation
- 2 ea. 10 micron in-line filters with 1/8” barbs
Optional accessories:
- Auto Dialer (PM-DIALER) for remote alarm notification by text or voice
- Wall Hanger (RPM-HANG) for secure mounting & theft deterrence
