It is a different brand and the container doesn't have the easy fill cap as shown in the video. The wand is also not the one advertised. Steambrite Response: Injection sprayers are sold in many different models and styles including but not limited to blow molded jugs, rotomolded jugs, 5 qt jugs, 7 quart jugs, with and without swivels on the hose and gun, with and without extra fill port openings, set dilutions at 1-4 or quick adjustment dilution knobs. In this case you watched a video on how to maintain all injection sprayer of all brands and models and then proceeded to purchase the most basic model that includes blow molded 5 qt jug single opening jug, no swivels, and preset to 1-8 dilution but does offer a 1-4 manual change.
In this case your order was filled exactly has you place in the shopping cart. This is like ordering a hamburger and receiving a hamburger and then complaining that you did not receive the full meal deal that included fries and a drink when you did not pay for it. Instead, you simply by self justifying that the photo of the menu showed the drink and fries next to the hamburger as grounds that you should now receive these options for free. Then proceed to state you will never eat at this restaurant again because they did not give you the free food you never paid for. I am sorry but I do not know how to respond to this behavior as if you cleaned a carpet for a customer and they saw you offered DuPont Teflon fabric protector, then complained that you did not apply it for free because it was recommended by the carpet manufactures warranty card but saw it as an option on your menu. Your customer then self justified that as a professional service company, performing this profession service, you would automatically perform the recommended carpet treatment since the carpet manufacture clearly states professional procedures should included the post application service. I have never met another cleaner that lets their customers bully them info free stuff or shopped on another website that offers free merchandise because other related links are displayed on the same window. This does not warrant a navigate review since this is not error on the part of delivery, fulfillment, or performance of the product ordered. Rather your negative review was caused simply because you did not get your way. You could have returned it and purchased and paid to what you now want instead, or simply order the thicker walled jug and swivels separately.
