US Products FP144 Siphon Plug Pump Priming QD X 2" Used your vacuum on your carpet cleaning machine to suction prime the air liquid though your pump and hose. Needed on US Product extractor when you transition from water to dry cleaner and back to water again. Can be used with any make or brand extractor. Included with new US Products PB3 Ultimate cleaning extractor. The order original item was smaller and fit inside of the 1.5" hose cuff. The new design works with all hose sizes including 1-1/4", 1.5" and 2" vacuum hoses and connections. How to use: Connect end of solution hose to FP144 brass QD and the other flat side of the rubber end to your dry cleaning machine. Turn on the vacuum motor(s) and pressure pump and hold the back side of the rubber stopper to the vacuum intake on your dry cleaning machine. This makes it so the thickened fluid is being pushed by the pump while also being sucked into the waste tank at the same time. After about 15 seconds you should be able to pull back on the rubber stopper away from the vacuum port to see that the fluid color has changed from white to clear. Once it runs clear turn off your vacuum and pump as you are now good to start cleaning again. Just remove the FP144 and switch back to the cleaning tool of your choice. Also works with
