WE HAVE NUMEROUS TIMES TO HAVE THE FACTORY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND LEGEND BRANDS STATES THIS IS HOW THEY ARRIVE TO THEM AND THIS IS A NON WARRANTY ISSUE. THE FACTORY ALSO DOES NOT DOUBLE BOX THESE WITH 2 INCHES OF CUSHION BETWEEN THE OUTER WALL OF THE BOX AND THE CONTENTS SO UPS AND FEDEX WILL ALWAYS DENY A SHIPPING CLAIM.
