$100 fee for first 60 minutes of diagnostics and repair quote
$100 per hour for repairs, training, tech support and parts.

If you machine is under warranty it is still possible you could be charged as 95% of all issues are operator error.
Mytee does not cover shipping charges in either direction so you shipping a warranty part and the return of the replacement part is the customers responsibility.
Mytee does not cover labor on warranty issues unless the machine is under 90 days old and purchased from SteamBrite. If you purchased on line, or from a different location, labor is usually not covered.
Optional pick and delivery available for $37.50 Service Calls + $1.20 per mile.
