B/P 3ST B/B 11.1A, Lamb Electric's line of ACUSTEK 5.7" diameter, one, two and three stage, quiet bypass, peripheral discharge vacuum motors have been designed to provide equivalent air performance to current production models at significantly reduced noise levels. This is achieved through a Compound Diffusion and labyrinth system within the motor fan chamber and through a more efficient channeling of the ventilating air. These motors can offer you, as a manufacturer, either a definitive improvement in audible noise, or cost savings through the reduction of sound absorbing materials in your product design. With the ACUSTEK motors, you can reduce your product's sound level by up to 90% enablingyour products to have a clear and quiet advantage over competition. The ACUSTEK model line offers a wide variety of performance levels ranging from 49" to 119" of sealed vacuum. These models offer a diversity of design features including: double ball bearing designs, the Lamb Air Seal Bearing Protection System (U.S. Patent #4,088,424), an epoxy coated fan system and a provision for grounding or double insulation. With dimensional interchangeability being an important design consideration, Lamb Electric has provided improvements in noise reduction while maintaining dimensional similarity. The ACUSTEK vacuum motor line has dimensional height characteristics identical to Lamb motor 116212-00 and is only .250" (1/4") taller than standard design models 116336-00, 116336-01, 115757-P and 115766-P. This height difference occurs in the motor end. While the peripheral discharge exhaust level has been modified, the height of the fan system remains unchanged
