Factory Certified Refurb units are covered by a 90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty. Valid within the lower 48 states of the United States. If a unit arrives and is not properly functioning AND we are notified within 48 hours of receipt, we will either: Dispatch a local repair technician to your location; Or at our choice and cost, return the unit to our location for repair and then ship it back at our expense. Certified Refurb machines may be returned or exchanged within three (3) days of the delivery date if the machine does not meet end-user quality standards. All freight is the responsibility of the end-user and returned machines (both directions). All wear items are excluded.
