Customer Wrote: “Bought this sprayer 2 yrs ago. It presently doesn’t work anymore. Unreliable! Worked great in the beginning but that was short lived. Had to replace the trigger (wand) after 1 yr due to excessive leaking. Now the pump turns on but doesn’t spray.”
Dealer Response: Sorry to hear about your issues. It is important to never let the equipment freeze as this ruins the battery, trigger and pump all at the same time. Some customers like to simply install an electric space heater on the lowest heat setting and place in the service truck to prevent freeze damage. So far to date each return for service yielded only 100% operator errors on not working issues including and not limited to clogged nozzles and filters, and simply needing to vacuum prime the pump. Especially since you hear the pump running and it is not spraying. This means you should first clean the filters and nozzle and then pull a vacuum on the pump. Watch our video under youtube Steambrite prime pump. If this does not solve your pump issue then you ran some chemicals in the pump that the pump was not rated for. Factory warranties are agains manufactures defects and not against you wore the pump out or used the wrong product in the pump. We sell replacement pump seals for about $35 so you could easily fix this sprayer yourself and start making money with it again. The correct course of action is not to use social media for negativity but to help others. You should change your rating as no company can design a piece of equipment against operator error and there is a 100% possibility your sprayer can be fixed.
