The Electro-Gen 2000 was designed with safety and performance in mind. Use the Electro-Gen 2000 with ODORx Thermo-2000 formulations, which are water-based and offer a safer alternative to petroleum-based products. The 220/230 volt units  come with a 110 plug on them which will need to be switched once you receive it.  Since the factory does not know what country the user will be in, they have no way of anticipating which plug they will need.  The plug is something that you can purchase at a hardware or electrical supply store in your country.
