This model features a powerful 1 HP 2-speed motor to accommodate approximately 4,000 sq.ft. indoors at 10,100 CFM CFM on high speed. You can feel the cold air, even outdoors, for at least 70 feet or more!
The molded Polyethylene Plastic housing is seated upon a durable galvanized steel caddy and moves easily on 8" solid rubber ball bearing casters. The 1/6 HP, 115 V, 5 amp submersible pump is self-priming and provides the water flow from the 40 gallon water reservoir over the 35 sq.ft. area of the evaporation media.

The 36" Port-A-Cool® cools the air approximately 18° F - 22° F. The average operational cost is only $1.00 per day! (based on .76 kw per hour and a national average of electricity and water costs during an average 8-hour day). Water is supplied by a standard 3/4" garden hose connection.

The fan blades and shroud components of the fans are made of heavy duty polyethylene to provide 100% corrosion resistance. The 1 HP, 115 VAC, 8.7 amp fan motor is water proof and air cooled. The 6" thick KÜÜL® cooling pads are constructed of resin-treated kraft paper to provide an effective air flow to accelerate through the 55/20 degree angle pads.
This model is useful for large areas including factories, warehouses, assembly lines, laundries, large kitchens, welding shops, auto service garages, outdoor loading docks, outdoor restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts, golf driving ranges and hundreds of other otherwise "impossible" places that need cooling, but was never thought of because of the expense to cool such areas. Now, thanks to Port-A-Cool®, you can!
There's nothing to assemble. Simply unpack, attach a standard 3/4" garden hose, plug into a standard 110V electrical outlet, turn on and enjoy the clean, cold air!

Clean and rinse out the machine, hoses and wand when finished. A $15 cleaning fee will be collected if the equipment is dirty on the return.
Rate does not include pick up or delivery but an optional $35 per tip. This fee does not include labor need to load, un-load from truck or relocation to use spot. Appointment required.

You will require a pick up truck to transport this unit. Please note the unit has small wheels under it so do not expect to roll it other than on smooth surfaces. Will not roll on grass or even over sidewalk gaps. You will need to have two or ratech straps to secure it for transport.

How much water does it hold?
This 36" blade unit hold about 32 gallon of water!
How long will it last if I do not hook it to a garden hose and use the auto fill feature?
I will only last about 4 to 5 hours, so using the tank option is not recommended. Please be able to hook to a garden hose if you are going to run it all day!
Questions and Answer:
Is it OK to just to turn the unit off?
No, you have to turn the water pump off first and leave the fan on until the paper pads dry.
Are you open on Sunday to return or to rent out the equipment.
No. We are open on Saturday from 11 am to 1 PM to pick or return rentals.
If you pick up on Saturday. Sunday is a no charge day as long as you bring the unit back by noon on Monday!
Please do not use in a hazardous location are you will be billed for replacement pads.
When dropping off and picking up your equipment:
Steambrite is not responsible for theft or damage to your property while it is at our facility undergoing repairs or while being stored and awaiting pickup. Steambrite employees will gladly assist in the unloading and loading of your merchandise, but are not responsible for any damage that might occur to your equipment or vehicle. It is the customer responsibility to confirm there equipment is loaded and secured properly for transportation. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: THE REMEDY OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF ANY DEFECTIVE GOODS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL STEAMBRITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES PROPERTY DAMAGES, OR PERSONAL INJURIES.
