Vacuum hose reel is live and side reel is storage only. Live reels VS Storage reels
Mates very nicely with the floor mount live solution reel. Most customer use 3 section of 2" X 50' vacuum hose and a 10 ft 1-1/2" vacuum hose leader on this reel. Extra hose lengths are mounted on the van wall. 160 ft will clean 99% of all your jobs.
Used with most brands of truck-mount carpet cleaning machines.

Note all these reels come from China and will have paint chips and small mico dents in the metal. These are not shipping causes and neither the delivery company or Steambrite can or will do anything about this as when we ship out a replacement, it too will not be 100% perfect. Assembly Tips

We find that during the installation we like to add bearing grease to the inside of the hose reel hub.
Also add standard flat washers between the two plates that both together that hold this 2" stainless tubing / live vacuum.
One you finish assembly, add a bead of silicone between the two plates that you just bolted together to prevent vacuum leaks.
Adding the washers and greasing the 2" tube bushing will ensure the reel spins easily.
