How
to Make a Purchase

It's Easy as 1 - 2 - 3
You can either order by Secure OnLine, fax, or mail. Secure Online
is faster and will reduce processing time, but fax and mail orders
are welcome.
Secure OnLine Orders: When you find an item you wish to buy,
while browsing through our products, simply click the nearby link
that says "add this item to my Shopping Cart".
When you're finished shopping, click "Checkout Now" to review the
contents of your shopping cart. Make sure the items you wish to
purchase are listed correctly. You can increase the quantity or
remove a listed item.
Once you're satisfied with your shopping cart contents, select "Send
Order". Your transaction will advance to a securely encrypted page;
so you may safety enter your credit card and other information.
Upon completion, your order is sent to us immediately for processing.
Fax and Mail Orders - If you choose to send your order by
fax or mail, please print and fill out our Online Order Form. Complete
and then either fax or mail. Make sure you provide us your credit
card number and expiration date. Remember to add shipping changes
and sales taxes, if applicable.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Most
orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. Please remember it takes
6-8 working days for you to receive your order after shipment. FREE
shipping on some orders over $2000 in the Continental United States
(some products excluded)
Next day and two day service are available.
Most equipment orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer
by the most economic and appropriate way.
Sales Tax
No sales tax if destination is outside of Texas.
(on most, but not all items, click here for the exceptions)
Texas residents are required to include 7.875% sales tax.

If you can't find the products you would expect from us, please

Secure Online Ordering
You may order by using our secure online order form, which uses
the latest secure socket layers (SSL) technology and encrypts your
order. You need not worry about your credit card security as we
have invested in the same online secure technology the major banks
are using to transfer million of funds daily. You may order by telephone
(1.888.274.9500) if you would prefer to discuss the items offered.
Or, you may fax (210.654.3904) us your order. Feel free to email

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, cashier
checks, and money orders, wire transfers, MoneyGram, PayPal, AMEX,
Lay-A-Way programs, and 6 month-no payments- 0% interest loans.
Your payment must accompany your order. All items ordered by telephone
will be held until payment arrives. We do not accept COD orders.
Texas residents are required to include 7.875% sales tax.
Return Policy:
No refunds, exchanges, or company credits on special or custom orders.
Special orders include and not limited to equipment purchased just before, during or
after a natural disaster, out of stock items or items that are not normally stocked
and orders over $5000.
We will gladly accepts returns within 30 days from the date the product
was ordered for company credit. No refund on the shipping and insurance charges. All
items have a 25% restocking fee on new/unused items in original box. The 25% restock
fee is reduced to 3% on orders canceled before the item is shipped. Any returned funds
shall be in the form of store credit. No credits shall be issued in the form of cash,
check, or credit card refunds.
All retuned merchandise requires a Return Authorization Form from Steam Brite and must be returned prepaid in
resale condition. The Return Authorization Code must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned shipping box.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: STEAMBRITE GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO DESCRIPTION, QUALITY MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PRODUCTIVENESS, INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHER MATTER, OF ANY GOODS WHICH STEAMBRITE SHALL SUPPLY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION POSTED. STEAMBRITE SHALL IN NO WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER USE AND APPLICATION OF THE GOODS. The parties agree that the venue of any such legal action shall be Bexar County, Texas.
BUYER'S RECEIPT, ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURE ON THE SHIPPER'S BILL OF LADING FOR MATERIAL COVERED UNDER BUYER'S PURCHASE ORDER SHALL CONSTITUTE BUYER'S AGREEMENT TO THESE SUPERSEDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
