The 860 truck-mount is the jewel in A.C.E.’s crown. It has the biggest “bang for the buck”! With a 59 roots dsl (dual oil bath no more greasy mess!) 860 cfm blower you have a TRUE DUAL WAND SYSTEM. What that means is you can have two wands out on two separate hoses 400 feet each, lift up one wand and the other end loses minimal suction. If you have used other “two wand” systems you know that when one wand is lifted the other wand loses a significant amount of suction. This leaves an uneven clean. The 49 horse power electronic fuel injected Nissan engine produces consistent, reliable power to all the components. With a K&N air filter and Flowmaster exhaust system, to a top of the line racing aluminum radiator, our 860 is truly high performance! At 4.0 gallons per minute (gpm) 3000 psi with heat our General Pump produces more than enough pressure and volume to a single or double wand set up. It also comes with all stainless steel last step chemical injection. No more chemical running through your entire system clogging up your heat exchangers. Last but definitely not least our 30 gpm auto pump out can keep up with almost any flood you can throw at it. It is external belt driven and very reliable. With all this as standard equipment this is a potent combination. Now add a 100% stainless steel frame as standard equipment, now you have a unit built to last!
