Clean your surroundings and keep all odors at bay with RMR Botanical Cleaner and Treatment. Once the source of the problem has been removed, then clean the surface with our deep penetrating, natural solution, specially formulated with extracts from Thyme, Rosemary and Lemongrass and other ingredients. RMR Botanical Cleaner and Treatment is a superior multi-surface cleaner and treatment that penetrates porous substrates, such as wood, concrete, drywall, fiberglass, fabric and more. Safe to use on almost all surfaces, it is made with plant-based ingredients that stop odor causing bacteria with just one spray treatment.
This powerful cleaner and odor neutralizer leaves no harmful residue that must be removed, therefore no rinsing or wiping is required. For treatment over large areas, use a pump sprayer or ULV cold fogger. It does not require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and is non-flammable, non-toxic, non-combustible, and non-corrosive.

FAQ
A: On average a 32 oz bottle covers about 125 square feet and a 1 gallon covers about 500 square feet. This can vary based on how liberally the product is applied.
A: A direct spray or fogging will get you the best results. Using a trigger sprayer on the bottle for small jobs, or a pump-up sprayer or an electric sprayer for larger jobs, as well as a cold ULV fogger. Using on a rag is also acceptable when applying the RMR Botanical.
RMR Botanical is a ready to use formula, dilution is not required. If diluted the product may not be as effective.
