Please note the arrow of direction on the valve. If you hook it up wrong, this will make it not work and hold pressure back. Please follow the direction of the arrow stamped on the side of the brass. Even if you catch what you have done and used it backward and turn it back around, the damage is done. Must be used with correct water flow from the beginning.
